“Private” means the tour runs for your group only. No strangers joining, no fixed group departures, and a plan built around you.
Included on every tour
- A professional English-speaking guide (licensed mountain guide on hiking tours)
- A dedicated driver and private vehicle for your group, plus 4WD where the route needs it
- Hotels with breakfast (3★ to 4★ depending on the tour and your choice)
- Airport transfers
- Entrance fees for the sites in the itinerary
- The tastings, masterclasses and activities listed on each tour
- A WhatsApp line to our team during the trip
Usually not included
- International flights
- Travel insurance (strongly recommended, and it should cover hiking)
- Lunches and dinners, unless your package includes them (full board) or the itinerary lists a specific meal
- Extra drinks
- Tips for the guide and driver
Each tour page has its own “Included” and “Not included” list, and the final list is confirmed in your quote.
How booking works
- Send a request through “Check availability”. No payment is needed.
- We check availability and agree the details with you.
- Your tour is confirmed only once we send payment instructions and you complete the payment.
If plans change on the ground
In the mountains, weather and road conditions can change the plan. Your guide will adjust the order of days or swap in a safe alternative. We’ll always explain why.
