Tbilisi → Jinvali → Ananuri → Gudauri → afternoon skiing

Drive up the Georgian Military Highway. Jinvali Water Reservoir photo stop. Ananuri Fortress Complex. Continue to Gudauri (2,200m). Afternoon ski activities. Overnight in Gudauri.

Visit the Gudauri Panorama monument — colorful mosaic expression of Georgian and Russian relationship. Drive or hike (your choice) to Gergeti Trinity Church at 2,170m — 14th-century, snow-frosted, breathtaking. Return to Tbilisi.
